Dear Parents,

We are in a hurry to explain to you what will change in the new season.

We are planning a new season – STEP ON SEASON 25/26.

1) One of the elements is the separation of age groups, in which we will work on the basis of an improved scheme. The change is minor, but it will be easier for you to understand what we mean in our academy

The youngest U4-U7 are primarily fun and an introduction to the world of football. We will not play in league matches, but among ourselves as part of the fun.

The junior U8 – U13 will play in league matches as before. From U10 we will introduce motor and tactical training, but you must not forget that it must still be fun for children.

The Semi Pro U15-U17 (later U-19) is a step towards serious football. As IBFC, we do not have a senior team yet and these age groups from the U17 group will be the first to create one. Therefore, in this area we are changing our approach a bit and maintaining only one A team, which in their age groups will play in the league (max. 26 players). The rest of the players will be able to take part in training like group A, but instead of league matches, there will be friendly matches on Sundays. In these groups we will have 2 coaches per team.

2) The second area is the issue of the increase in fees for the round

We would like to inform you about the necessity of increasing the fees for training in our football academy. This decision was not easy, but it is essential for us to continue providing the highest level of training and maintaining the high standards that define our academy.

The main reason for the fee increase is the doubling of the costs of renting the pitches used by our players. Additionally, general inflation has significantly impacted all aspects of the academy’s operations – from the cost of sports equipment to the salaries of our qualified coaches. Unfortunately, the lack of new sponsors who could support the club has further complicated our financial situation.

Despite these challenges, our priority remains the development of young footballers. We want the youngest players to enjoy the sport and have fun while ensuring that older players receive professional preparation for their football careers. We make every effort to ensure that our coaches are highly qualified and that our equipment and training conditions meet the highest standards. Furthermore, to better meet the needs of our players, we are introducing an additional training session focused on motor skills and tactics for groups from U10 onwards (this training will not be mandatory).

We appreciate your understanding and support. We believe that together, we can provide our players with the best possible conditions for growth and achieving their football dreams.

Best regards,
IB Management
